As an Adult Daycare Service, we serve
- Adults/Seniors suffering from early to mid-stage Alzheimer's disease
- Individuals with physical or cognitive challenges that may not require 24-hour medical supervision
- Adults who are intellectually disabled or have a general learning disability
- Seniors who could benefit from the company of others, who are able to adapt to a group setting
- Seniors who may be experiencing a sense of depression or isolation
- Caregivers and loved ones who hold a relationship with our clients
Individuals who may not be a good candidate
- Clients requiring 24-hour medical supervision
- Clients who are completely immobile or bedridden
Criteria
- Ability to adapt to group setting.
- Capable of basic self care.
Other Considerations
- Open to all, regardless of religious affiliation.
- Church membership is not required.
- Physical release and emergency information required.
Our Admission Process
- Start by self-referral, physician referral, or community referral
- We schedule an assessment interview with the participant and the caregiver
- A medical examination report is required prior to enrollment
