As tattoo artists, we've struggled through working with systems designed by medical jokers who only know what works for the docs.  They don't get what we do and they don't know what it takes to be successful in this business.

As long as there are bad artists and laymen with no business laying down ink and ignorant clients that insist on bad designs, there will always be a need to fix or totally remove bad work.  

But not all ugly can be easily fixed. Some cover-ups are so limited, there's just not much you can do with traditional cover ups.  But with just a little resurfacing, you can get AMAZING results.

Because of the need and the potential, we entered the laser market years ago, but it was still a “doctor’s world.” Along the way, we beat our head on every block along the way. Finally, we partnered with Zarin Medical and helped create a complete tattoo-centric training package to help others avoid our pitfalls.

The Basics of Lasers

Most states require laser operators to attend a basic course about lasers. We contracted with a national organization to teach you the general information you need. And, as part of your laser purchase, the tuition to the course is included.

Initial Technical Training

After you complete your general course, you need to know how your new system. This technical training is held in our studio so you can watch us treat a variety before you start working on your own clientele. Some of the packages also include the option for us coming to you for technical training.

Marketing Support

If you buy it, they may not come. That’s why we share our tools and techniques to reach out to your existing customer base. And, we also have optional one-on-one training on how you attract new clients from various emails, pay-per-click campaigns, and other internet methods.

Ongoing Technical Support

After our training, we had a few questions pop up. But, where were we supposed to go?

Because we found that the first few months are really more of a series of learning events, we also include ongoing technical support to cover those questions that arise. Our FAQ and blog contains answers to most of these questions and can be checked 24 hours a day. But, if you need more, just pick up the phone and call us or email us so we can help you out. Our packages include up to 12 months of Q&A support.

Advanced Technical Training

If you still need more help, we offer additional training. With this optional training, you can come watch us at our studio. Or, we can come to your site.
