Modules:

Modules are built to serve specific types of content more efficiently than just a basic page. For example you could make a calendar of events using just basic pages, but it would be a nightmare to maintain, and view... these modules (extended and basic) serve as a way to build better content for you and your users.

Activating Modules:

If the module is grey, then it is not currently active. Click the check in the bottom right hand corner to activate the module. Once it's green, and the icon is full color, you are good to go.

Using Modules:

To use a module simple click anywhere on the modules icon to bring up it's functions.

Events:

Events drive the events sidebars all across your site. They are per page so that if necessary you can have different sections of your website contain different calendar information.

Events contain a few interesting options you might consider using:

• Image
• Registration
• Short Details (always fill this out as it is the content displayed on the page)
• Recipient Address (the person alerted anytime someone registers for any event for this page

Gallery:

The gallery provides a clean way to display multiple images. These images do not need to be cropped or sized in a particular way.

News:

This displays the news feed on the page you are editing. Click add and fill in the information to get started.

Page Headers:

This is where we make your website really stand out! Each of our themes has an image size determined and proportion built to guarantee the best possible looking website. This means that these image will mostly be large landscape oriented pictures that try to tell the story of the content below them. Pick these carefully and try not to fill them up with too much information, they are best served as a "tease" of the content below.

Click add and use the cropping tool to make the image the right size for the theme you've selected.
